We want you to love what you receive—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it better.

⏳ Returns

You have 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return. To qualify, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging (if applicable)
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To get started, send us a note at tonya@tonitunes.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something’s not right—damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—contact us right away. We’ll make it right, promise.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some things can’t be returned:
Opened items
Gift cards
Items marked as Final Sale

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like something else instead, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, we’ll issue it back to your original payment method.
Heads up: banks and card providers can take a few days to process refunds on their end.
